Judy Ann Santos and Aga Muhlach emerged as the biggest winners of YES! Magazine's Readers' Choice Awards.
Since 2001, The Readers' Choice Awards has been a yearly poll where YES! readers are empowered to vote for their favorite actors, actresses, movies, and even their favorites among the homes and condominiums featured in YES!

Jason Abalos, star of the teen film First Day High, was voted showbiz's Next Big Male Star with 382,246 votes.
His First Day High co-star, Maja Salvador, won Next Big Female Star with 703,210 votes.
Bands ruled the airwaves in 2006, but the one to rule them all was Sugarfree, which won Band of the Year with 362,710 votes. Voters also chose Sugarfree's pop rock love song, "Makita Kang Muli," as Band Song of the Year, which garnered 535,730 votes.
Still flying high in spite of the dominance of Pinoy rock is teen singer and actress Sarah Geronimo. Sarah is still considered the music industry's Hitmaker of the Year with 375,824 votes.
The year 2006 is also known as the year when actor Rustom Padilla confessed on national television that he is gay. Because of Rustom's brave and controversial act, readers voted him Scene Stealer of the Year with 268,672 votes.
Singer Erik Santos's home—featured in YES!'s April 2006 issue—won Celebrity Home of the Year with 620,863 votes.
Richard Gutierrez's Budji Layug-designed condominium—featured in the magazine's March 2006 issue—was voted the Celebrity Condo of the Year with 495,387 votes.
THE MECHANICS. More than 27 million votes were cast during the voting period, which ran for three months, from September 1 to November 30, 2006.
Readers voted online at www.yesmagazine.com.ph and via SMS or text messaging.
For text votes, readers were required to type in their message with the words "YES AWARDS" and the equivalent code assigned to the celebrity they wanted to vote. Each text vote was equal to three votes. Readers could vote as often as they wanted in a day.
For online votes, readers were only allowed to vote once a day. They had to register first at www.yesmagazine.com.ph. After registration, an activation code was sent to their email. This activation code was then used to confirm the reader's email address.
In addition, every time they voted, readers had to provide a visual verification code, which was a randomly chosen and changing set of numerals and letters appearing on the webpage. This code was an extra measure to safeguard the voting process against those who may have wanted to tamper with the system by, for instance, typing in their votes several times once they gain entry.
For other details, such as who came in first and second runner-ups in each category, read the February 2007 issue of YES! Available in bookstores and newsstands starting January 20.
